Reregistration #
Go to Admissions ‣ Admissions tab ‣ Reregistration ‣ Create
- This process is for existing students.
- Student Name: From the drop-down menu, select the student’s name. The rest of the fields such as Current Academic Year, Current Year, and Current Division will be automatically generated based on the student’s pre-registered information. The fields New Academic Year and New Year will be configured in Promotion Setup.
- Require Transport?: Tick this box if this student requires transportation services.
- Agree to Re registration terms and conditions: Tick this box if the student agrees to the Reregistration terms and conditions. The reregistration fee can be setup in Academic Fees Setup.
Go to Accounting ‣ Configuration ‣ Academic Fees Setup ‣ Create
- Scroll to the ‘Data’ tab at the bottom of the page.
- Add a line, then select an Item: select ‘BTEC – Registration Ree & Resources’.
- Price: Set a price.
- Type: Select ‘Re-registration’.
After the fee is setup, the student can access the invoice from ‘Invoices’.
Promotion Setup #
Go to Student Operations ‣ + ‣ Promotion Setup ‣ Create
This process is to setup the student’s transition from Current Year to New Year in Re-registration.
- Company: Select your institution.
- Academic Year: Select the current Academic Year.
- Current Year: Select the current class Year.
- Current Division: Select the current class division.
- Academic Promoted Year: Select the Academic Year that the student will be promoted to.
- Promoted Year: Select the class Year that the student will be promoted to.
- Promoted Division: Select the division that the student will be promoted to.
